Hatch & Hype Digital and DrakoTrove are NOT liable for misdeliveries, privacy incidents, customer complaints, or legal violations arising from incorrect or unlawfully obtained data entered by Users. You use this platform as a tool; you retain full responsibility for the data you process through it.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide, information that is generated through your use of the service, and limited technical information required for system operation.

Business and Tax Information (Optional)

Disclaimer: DrakoTrove does not verify the validity or accuracy of tax identification numbers. You are solely responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring lawful use of tax identifiers.

Distributor Information (User-Provided)

• Distributor company names
• Distributor contact names
• Distributor order email addresses
• Distributor phone numbers
• Distributor business hours and time zones

Important: You affirm that you have the legal right and authorization to provide distributor information.

2.2 Transactional and Operational Data

Generated automatically as part of platform use, including:

• Orders created
• Product catalogs uploaded or imported
• Pricing and cost data you input
• Distributor communications generated by the platform
• Invoice preferences and metadata (we do not process or store payment card numbers)

2.3 Technical & Usage Data

Collected automatically to maintain security and performance:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Access timestamps
• Log files and error reports
• Authentication events

This data is used for security, debugging, fraud prevention, and compliance.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Providing and operating the DrakoTrove platform

• Tracking shipment status and delivery updates
• Facilitating carrier integrations (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others)

Data Shared with ShipEngine

When you request shipping rates or labels through DrakoTrove, we may share the following shipment-related information with ShipEngine:

• Sender (origin) address and contact information
• Recipient (destination) address and contact information
• Package weight, dimensions, and packaging type
• Requested carrier and service level
• Shipment value and insurance preferences (if applicable)

Carrier Data Processing

ShipEngine and third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) may process shipment and address data solely for the purposes of:

• Fulfilling shipping services
• Providing tracking and delivery updates
• Complying with carrier operational requirements

Carriers are independent third parties and have their own privacy policies governing their use of shipment data.

No Sale of Shipping Data

Shipping and address data is:

• Not sold to third parties
• Not used for marketing purposes by Hatch & Hype Digital or DrakoTrove

4.3 Distributor Reliability Network Data Sharing

DrakoTrove may display anonymized or company-attributed distributor experience data submitted voluntarily by users, such as fulfillment reliability or communication feedback.

DrakoTrove does not sell distributor data and does not share user-submitted experience data outside of the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted feedback does not include confidential, proprietary, or legally protected information.

Important Disclaimers:

• Distributor ratings and reviews reflect individual user experiences only
• DrakoTrove does not verify, endorse, or audit submitted distributor information
• Users submitting reviews acknowledge that their company name may be displayed alongside their feedback
• DrakoTrove reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our Terms of Service
• Shared only as necessary to complete requested shipping transactions

Accuracy Disclaimer

DrakoTrove does not verify the accuracy of shipment data you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all addresses, weights, dimensions, and other shipment details are correct before submitting shipping requests.

Customer Privacy Mode

DrakoTrove may offer a "Customer Privacy Mode" feature that attempts to limit the visibility of customer phone numbers and email addresses when forwarding shipping labels to distributors.

Important Privacy Mode Limitations:

• No Absolute Privacy Guarantee: Customer names and delivery addresses must be included on shipping labels for successful delivery. DrakoTrove cannot hide this information.
• Carrier Communications: Carriers may send automated tracking, delivery, or exception notifications directly to customer phone numbers or email addresses. DrakoTrove has no control over carrier notification systems.
• Label Content: While we attempt to exclude phone/email from distributor-facing documents, certain carrier label formats or delivery requirements may necessitate displaying contact information.
• User Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for:
  • Obtaining proper customer consent for data sharing required for order fulfillment
  • Vetting and selecting trustworthy Distributors
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Monitoring and terminating relationships with Distributors who misuse customer data

No Liability for Distributor Actions: Hatch & Hype Digital and DrakoTrove shall not be liable for how distributors use, store, or share any information they receive, including data visible on shipping labels, tracking updates, or other fulfillment communications.

4.3 Legal and Compliance Obligations

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Investigate or prevent illegal activity
• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Protect the rights, safety, or property of Hatch & Hype Digital or others

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide the service
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements

We reserve the right to retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.
